Victoria ISD is pleased to announce the appointment of Raegan Costabile as the new principal of Torres Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year following approval by the Victoria ISD Board of Trustees.
Costabile brings experience in campus leadership and classroom instruction to her new role at Torres Elementary. She has served as an assistant principal at Goodnight Middle School in San Marcos CISD for the past three years, supporting student achievement, campus culture, and instructional leadership at the secondary level.
Prior to her campus leadership experience, Costabile spent four and a half years as a classroom teacher in multiple school districts, building a strong foundation in student engagement and instructional practices.
Costabile earned a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Angelo State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University.
As principal of Torres Elementary, Costabile will oversee campus operations, instructional leadership, and student support initiatives while continuing to build strong partnerships with students, staff, and families.
